Earl did not have any cash or a debit card, then...Johnny asked 1. if Earl was a senior citizen, Earl replied yes... 2. Earl was asked to deposit $1200 dollars & pay $120 fee 6. Johnny said the sweepstakes driver would show up at Earls house and give Earl a check for $2.5 million plus $10,000 in cash, then get on a plane back to new york 7. Earl asked Johnny if Earl could give the driver the $10K in cash, and then the driver could give Earl the $2.5 million dollar check, he said it did not work that way 7. Johnny verified receiving & cashing Earl's $12.99 check
