Leave a CommentSCAM. Automated call to lower interest rate. Clicked to continue but had a feeling it was a scam. Someone picked up and said they could help me lower my interest rate because I always pay on time. They said I had over $3000 of debt on my card. When I said no they c****ed the story saying over $3000 total debt, combining cards. Didn't give them any of my info. When I asked what card this was for they ***g up.
Received the call, no voicemail

Called my cell phone and did not leave a message. I would like to know how they got my cell number. I do not disclose this to anyone but close personal friends/family.
Received a call on my cell phone "this regards your current credit card account, it is urgent you call concerning your eligibility to lower your interest rate" - clearly they are spamming for identiy theft because they don't know what card (if any) I have and illegally spammed a cell phone
