PO'D Very abrupt telephone manner, asks for owner of company by FIRST name, when informed he was not available, rudely ***g up

So my ***her get's a letter stating we owe their client money, hear is the catch they have no info on this client . So I am send a letter informing them not to contact my ***her and that i will deal with the original creditior. I find it to be strange that a law firm has no info on a client that they are working with. Mel Harris and A** r working the people real good. It's a shame .
