They continue to call even when told to put on do not call list talking about grants. They have called 29 times in less than a month and one day called 9 times.

This no. Has been calling me every twenty min. They called 7 times and I thought bill collector but I answered the 7th time and they ***g up. How can someone get a bunch of random no. And just keep on calling them all over and over and **** up? What an idiot.

This number has been calling all week at three to four times, a man named Edward ( a FOREIGNER) keeps asking me if I need grants, when I try to answer he ****s up on me too.  I asked him for his Supervisor and he ***g up on me.  All I know if I am ****ED!!!!

They call my cell about every 5 minutes everyday and say nothing. Once they called and asked for my wife. Definitely a scammer or ******ed hacker.

Keep receiving calls from this morning they called and you can hear a tv in the background a man, obviosly of Indian decent kepts saying*****o*****o - I told him I cant hear him over his tv? He then said I need to speak to owner of this phone number???? I said who is this? He said owner of phone please. I a***n said Im not understanding you very well and the tv got louder and then he ***g up. Does not sound like its a business?

Get calls from this number EVERY day for about............3 weeks. Its like there is a VM, but you try to listen and no one is there. Guess it isnt my whacko ex after all..................annoying anyway. Please stop.

The number, 212-756-3457, belongs to the Manhatten Group in NYC. I called last Friday and dialed 212-756-3212 instead and received a return call this morning. The woman I spoke with, Linda King, said that 212-756-3457 was indeed a number that belonged to the Manhatten Group and she would look into it. The companies main number is 212-756-3000.

Just got the 4th call this week from this number. Also same deal, hear someon on the end of the line but no response and a **** up. Super annoying! This number is relation to a scam. Say nothing in relation to your name or any personal information. Just block this number from your phone if this is possible from your phone provider.

I'm in California and recieved a call from this number 3 times today. when you call back it says. "you have reached a non working number" and its a womans voice (no ma****e). Then it goes to say you can not leave a message because the mailbox is full. W***ver called me from that number accidentally left a msg...but all it sounded like was someone walking in the back ground and water running.

I've been getting calls from this number for about a week.  About once or twice a day. I don't know who it could be ,no one speaks,but I hear breathing, light breathing.The call lasts for about 13 seconds or less. The phone ****s up from the other side. It's a landline phone because I tried to send a text and and reply saying it was a landline cannot send message.
