Got called at 11:10 am on 4/7/2014. Automated message about lowering my interest rate on my credit card. I clicked 1 and took me to a guy who asked if I was interested. I asked if it was for my existing card or for a new one he said my existing card. He then said, it would be for 6.9% fixed rate blah blah blah "and you currently have a balance over $3000 is this correct?". I said no. He said ok thank you and ***g up on me....

They contact me on my cell they are scamers. They had the first 8 numbers of my credit card and they need to verify if my card was still active.
