this is time warner promo department

This is a legitimate call from time warner cable. They randomly call in to update your account with them.

i have been getting a phone call from them for a week with no message and i refuse to pick it up, its driving me crazy.

they identified themselves as time warner and insisted I needed one of their phones. no matter how many times I said I didn't need a phone, the salesperson kept talking over me to the point of being obnoxious.
