I called the number and it is Commonwealth Financial Systems

These people have been bugging me for months.  I've saved some of their messages on my answering ma****e.  Sometimes they've identified themselves on my answering ma****e as Commonwealth Financial Systems.   One time they said they were trying to collect a debt.  I have no debt, so I know they are phonies.  They always ask for someone that is not me   Mostly, they don't identify themselves at all...they just ask me to call their office, and they leave an 800 number for me to call back.  I do not call them back.  Their messages are weird and obviously not legitimate.  They ask me to "listen to this message where no one can hear."  Another message said that "there will now be a 3-second pause in this message to allow you to listen in private."  Then they simply ***g up.  They leave all this on the ma****e.   They call often and even on Sundays just to harrass me.  I now have Caller ID, so I don't pick up when they call.  I signed up for Do Not Call List and reported them.  The calls stopped for while but have s****ed a***n.  They don't leave a message on ma****e anymore; however, if I pick up without checking the Caller ID, they play a recorded message.  Some of their messages are regarding credit card debt.  I have no credit card debt.  I pay off my credit cards in full each month.  Earlier this week when I accidentally picked up their call, I got a message regarding so****ing they were selling.  These people are fulltime harrassment specialislts!  Can't imagine why they bother with their ****** schemes.

213-261-0197 is Capital One.

Keep getting calls from this number.  Finally called them back, and get an automated recording identifying the business as Capital One.  Prolly one of their collection offices.
