this number is blocked, you can not call back. i did trace it , looks like united airline refund dept..      united job source it out to india, person left messages hardly audible. very soft, you can not understand what he is saying.       i'm following up on a issued refund check from united airline to me , which i did not received. united refund dept. uses this phone number to have a very incompetent agent from india to call you. i finally got hold on this call, showing  213 457 2100, argue with him for his incompetency. he ***g up on me., no way you can call back UNITED refund dept.ask att to call back , att charge you. but to no avail. phone number is block, att did not even know it. that it is block. just to share my experienced with UNITED AIRLINE REFUND DEPT., I THINK IT IS OWN BY AN AIRLINE  COMPANY IN INDIA.CALL UNITED INDIA AIRLINE. ALL THE WHILE I THOUGHT I WAS DOING BUSINESS WITH AN AMERICAN USA CONTROLLED AIRLINE BUSINESS..
