definitely a SCAM. Caller sent phony email saying my credit card had been used to buy additional antivirus software. I asked for refund. I was told he could not refund to my credit card, but could make arrangements to go directly to my checking account to make the refund. WHAT A SCAM. DO NOT PARTI****TE IN THIS SCAM.

Slim They called and left a voice mail. If it's wanted to reach you it certainly wouldn't be with a bot.

Claimed his name was Eric Wilson from Microsoft and our computer had a virus.

report it this number is blocked, you can not call back. i did trace it , looks like united airline refund dept..      united job source it out to india, person left messages hardly audible. very soft, you can not understand what he is saying.       i'm following up on a issued refund check from united airline to me , which i did not received. united refund dept. uses this phone number to have a very incompetent agent from india to call you. i finally got hold on this call, showing  213 457 2100, argue with him for his incompetency. he ***g up on me., no way you can call back UNITED refund dept.ask att to call back , att charge you. but to no avail. phone number is block, att did not even know it. that it is block. just to share my experienced with UNITED AIRLINE REFUND DEPT., I THINK IT IS OWN BY AN AIRLINE  COMPANY IN INDIA.CALL UNITED INDIA AIRLINE. ALL THE WHILE I THOUGHT I WAS DOING BUSINESS WITH AN AMERICAN USA CONTROLLED AIRLINE BUSINESS..

Geegs This call was from an Expedia call center with "information" about a c****e to an upcoming flight we purchased with Expedia.  Caller left a message to call back at 1-877-787-5242, with a reference number about the call and the flight.  When I called back, I learned that Expedia uses call centers all around the world (I could hardly understand the phone message, nor the man I got on the phone -- "Aaron" --  when I called back).  He put me on hold while resear****g the flight info -- after 5 minutes on hold, the line was disconnected!  I called back and spoke with a "Laura".  After spending another 6 minutes of my life on the phone with "Laura", she said everything was already confirmed!All this was because of a SIX MINUTE C****E in flight times?  How ridiculous!  Expedia has gone to***** in a handbasket.  I'll be booking my flights through a different service from now on.  The very least Expedia can do is NOT bother me with this nonsense on a Sunday morning,  AND hire people in call centers who can at least speak ENGLI***
