This call is supposedly from Blue Cross & Blue Shield. They left me a message and you could barely understand what they were saying. I am very su****ious and don't think it is Blue Cross & Blue Shield.

This number has frequently been phoning here there is some type of mumbling that we cant make out when calling the number from call display it tells us to phone back after business hours. When doing a reverse look up we have found it is from LA. Why on earth are they phoning here in ALberta! What a royal pain in the a**. If your gonna phone someonesay so****ing dont mumble and **** up on them! Gee***

Male caller said he was from Unicare and wanted to verify our business's tac ID number.  He read an incorrect number to me and then asked for the correct one.  I said I would be glad to fax a W9 form however he said he would have to call back because their fax did not work.
