Contacted via Skype. Supposedly from an army contractor in Baghdad. Name used is George Mills. This is the number used on Skype. Believed to be a romance scammer.

Fake US Treasury

UNKNOWN THEY CALL ME FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS EVERYTIME I BLOCK THEM. THEY ARE A PAIN IN THE ****! FIRST OF ALL WHAT US AGENCY WOULD HIRE SOMEONE TO TALK TO AMERICAN CITIZENS WHEN THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH, CLEAR ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND THEM FULLY

Said they are from US Treasury legal dept and if I didn't call back I would be in serious financial trouble. I called the actual Treasury dept to verify the number was theirs and they said it was a scam. They send registered letters, not call people.
