Randy Harris This number is being used on WhatsApp by a ****ese female who calls herself "Eleanor Olivia." She has scammed me out of $900,000. I am shocked that this number is being****ociated with a "David Welch". This number has somehow been hijacked by this "Eleanor Olivia", and she is still on WhatsApp using this number and I am sure still scamming others. The Secret Service is investigating, but they were opposed to doing reverse phone lookups, for this very reason. I am sure that any of the "David Welch" individuals have no idea about this. I need the carrier for this phone number!!!

Had 4 month contract, widowed, 2 daughters , from Dallas, Texas, cell phone is 213-788-6575. He sent 3 pictures, etc. Asked for Google Play Cards twice. Second time when I refused he didn't text a***n and cancelled his playing Yatzee on FB with me I believe he is a scammers.
