I received a text message that my EDD account was restricted and to go to a website to fix it. I do not have an EDD account as I have been retired for 15 years.

Allie This number 213-816-1950 sure is a scam when i talked to a person who said he is a lawyer  i asked what company he was representing and he just kept talking over me asking me my phone number  and i kept saying i will tell as soon as you tell me what company your representing  he got mad and told me not to call there a***n you hear. 2nd call i got from this number i can't even understand these people but w***ver wrote if you threaten them they run scared was right the first time i called i told them i was calling the police and then my lawyer will call them they just ***g up on me. We do have to find some way to stop them.  they might find some unexpecting person like an elderly person who runs scared with there threats and send money then who knows what else will happen.   Please anybody who gets these calls DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY!  Do not believe a word they are sayiong they are real live Scammers.
