Said they were with City Hospital White Rock in Dallas, TX... and they were asking for my birthdate & name, etc.. — before they would move forward with scheduling my appts.. I do have upcoming appointments, but I’m not giving ANYONE my birthday nor my info!! And as I asked her questions, she got an at***ude - so I ***g up on her & called my doctors office.
