Advising of last attempt to serve court summons regarding a case number. No first attempts made, referenced case number returns no search result, different call back number 866-960-1563, legal threat made for avoiding service of process. Sounds like a scam

I am selling a sofa.. texted was interested. I want cash and texted insisted on cashier’s check. I said no as it takes time even to clear. I said no and twice more he mentioned the cashier’s check. He is buying it sight unseen and would send “movers” to pick up.

Thief took my deposit, blocked me
