This woman called both my landline and cellphone several times, and claimed she was with my "mortgage protection team." I called her out as a scammer. I also reported her to my bank that verified that she was a scammer. Police report will be filed.

marc Recording said that "there is nothing wrong with your credit card account but it is urgent that we speak to you about it". We HAVE no credit card account, and NEVER have. So, at least they have that first part correct -- there IS nothing wrong with our credit card account.

I received a call on my moble phone from this number. A recorded msg said "select 5 to discontinue contact or select 1 to request lower interest rate on your credit card". I selected 1, to see exactly what credit card they were refering to. After waiting for about 2 mins a service rep answered and asked if I was reponding to interest rate redux for my Visa or Mastercard? I responded with "That's similar to my question, what credit card was this call in reference to?". After that the call went dead.
