Received a call and text from this number on 8/28/2019 informing me of a legal enforcement action filed on my social security number for criminal activities. Do not call back number. Continuing social security scam.

Joe Schmoe A collector who you have blocked uses this cell number 214-444-9696 to call you and see if your number is still good and you just have them blocked or wither your number is really not good anymore is why they can not get ahold of you. They love to say they will send an investigator to your home in 20 minutes if you don't pay, or they will have an officer come to your home in 20 minutes to arrest you if you don't pay.
