Just got a call but didn't answer and no voicemail

if whomever continues to call me from this unknown number I WILL REPORT IT TO MY LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT and file harrassment charges!!!!!

this number calls me everyday at 11 am , 3 pm, 430pm, 7 pm. I'm abot to report them for phone harrassment

This is a plague of phone spam comming from various locations in Florida and Texas so far. I spoke to my phone carrier and have traced the calls for the police. We should not be getting these calls, people who have a no call list are still being targeted! I think the most outragous thing about this lately is they want me to go to their school. They are the oracle of direction to higher education? They sound like Indians and speak American English poorly! I know it just some kind of scam, but why are they so presistant! They will call back several times a day without a reason except a claim that I asked for their****istance.
