Instant lending group still in business! Had made a request for a loan on line. I am sure this company like many buy your information from these companies who collect your info as a "loan app" then stating they are going to connect you with a lender. The call was from 214 446-9831. Couldn't understand the ladies name. Said I had been approved for a 1500. Loan. She s****ed verifying my info when they asked my social I told her I didn't give out that info without the name address and telephone number of the company. She s****ed complaining said she would give me all that after the approval but the needed to verify who I was. She finally clarified the co. Name said so****ing I couldn't understand and Larado, TX. She refused the telephone number. I knew 214 area code was in the Dallas,TX area however, no***ays you can be calling from anywhere in the world go thru a Texas telephone number and the call shows up as a 214 number. That is the most difficult for these con artists to do. There are much simpler ****ods. You probably can't call back because the are somewhere else hiding behind the 214 number and the lines are set up for outbound calls only. When a company doesn't want to give you a street mailing address (although I had one that gave me an address that didn't exist at an empty lot next to a hotel in michigan)won't give you a number where you can call back and a website you can check ou*****chout for the website that has no real contact info or security info that is identifiable and if it shows BBB member click on the insignia. It should be a link to the BBB or it could be fake. Never give out your social without verifying this info. If they want your business, they will cooperate. Oh and yes, when I s****ed questioning and she couldn't or wouldn't answer she ***g up.

I didn't catch the name of the man because like I said he had a thick Indian accent and would not slow down the pace when I asked him to. He said he was from Instant Lending group and based on my application I was pre-approved for a $1500.00 loan, he then preceeded to tell me that a loan officer would be calling me after he got done. This man asked me so many personal questions, and here's the kicker IF HE WAS LEGIT...HE WOULD SEE ALL MY INFO ON MY APPLICATION, right? Now I remember filing for some loans and keepsing individual records of each company, so when this man finally let me get a word in edge-wise, I asked him what company he said he was with a***n so that I may check my records...then this man ***g up on me. This just happened on 06/11/2011 at 13:50, and their line has been busy every since.

Caller said Name was Instant Lending in Las Vegas with a Texas Phone # asking for Banking and SS#'s With an Indian accent and called 3 times. Why is this SCAM still going on 2 years later?

have received numerous calls from this number over the past few days. Said my application for pay day loan approved. Never applied for pay day loan.

Said they were from Instant Lending Group, he wanted to verify my information, but gave me an incorrect email address and then asked who I worked for and I told him that he should have that information if I applied. He told me that it was encrypted....like right. So I told him I would not tell him that information so he ***g up

My cell is on the Do Not Call List and has been since May. This number called me on my cell today. I did not answer. If you are not in my phone and call me, I will not answer. They did not leave vm so they did not call about anything important. The Do Not Call List is a joke-no one pays attention to it. They just call or text whenever they feel like it. I already have several complaints with the FTC but nothing has been done. I am just going to continue to ignore the calls and maybe one day, they will stop.

Have called me 3 times this week and ask for a different person everytime. They have never asked for my correct name and I have never filled out anything for a loan.

they told me the name to the company was the Lending Group i was then told i was approved for a payday loan that i did apply for and i had to verify my info so i did then i was told by this foreigner that i was approved for a $2500 card that could be used only out of a certain magazine i told him no i did not want that i wanted the payday loan and he told me to bad i have your info i will be deducting $149.95 from your account today and he ***g up on me when i tried to call the number back it was not a workin number these scam artist have to be stoped one way or another

This Guy called sounded like a forgeiner, and I thiught I was getting a pay day loan took all my information and told me to go to the web site and fill out my application after he got all my information, they are crooks and scamm people they need to be stopped i tried to call back anf there's no ring or nothing.

this is a lending company and the only way to receive their calls is if you apply for a loan online or call them, then they have a screener call you to verify your information, consequently they want all of your info, because apparently you typed into a form online, they can see it they just want you to verify it to them. The question I had to the caller was to get his name, company and if he had a supervisor i could talk to get verify if this was true, I could here many people on phones at their location, so I am thinking they have a processing load to fill as many applied for loans, so if approved you will be called back by a loan officer from cash advance mutual the guy i spoke to was foriegn, as well you can also og onto www.phone-cashloan.com and verify this call......good luc****

Today I was called by Instant Vending Group confirming my online request for a payday loan. Since today I had been online requesting this loan, I gave out all my info. I will now close my bank account, but what about my social security num? Any ideas out there?

Calls me and tells me his name is Shaun ***dley (has a heavy Indian accent!) and works for IT (Instant Lending Group) He also told me I could go to their website www.phonecashloan.com He gets my S.S. Number (I am nervous about that) then he wants my Bank info and I told him no, that too give me a few minutes to find my info and call me back. (He tried to call me 2 minutes later, I didn't answer) I went online and seen all these complaints. I am glad I didn't give him my banking info but I am still nervous that I gave him my S.S.#.

The caller called a***n today, 2/20/10 @ 10:39am asking for Bonnie. I told them that they had called before and not to call me a***n as I am on the Do not call list. The caller ***g up immediately.

I told him I had not applied and to cancel the loan. what was so scary was he had my correct name and address. What agency shoule I call concerning this?

I received a call from a woman with an Hindu accent stating that I was approved for a payday loan and asked me about ss# and banking account. I asked her for their phone number and she said she could not give me that information. Somebody has to stop them. The supervisor name was Kelly Davis (so that she said).

I was filling out applications online for a payday loan as i was doing my loan a women called me and told me i was approved for a 1500 dollar pay advance she ask me to tell her my account # and ss# a***n and me like a dummie hard up for the loan told her not knowing it was a scam because i'd just apllied on line so i thought it was cool. however when i went back to the site she told me to which was www.phonecashloan.com and i seen that this was a scam i went to reverse phone book to see where this person is located and it showed up as beening in Dallas Tx and if i had a credit card i can find out who the owner is.So anyone that have a credit card can help us catch these people and ship them back to where they came from.

I get calls from this number from sun up to almost sun down. he wanted some account information that i would give to him! he got mad and tried to threaten me! He is a guy with a heavy foreign accent! They don't take no for an answer either!
