DLC This number calls me several times during day & night but never leaves a voice mail message asking me to return the call or telling me why they are calling.

I called the phone company and they told me this is a telemarketing scheme. What they do is call many times a day, at different times of day to see when you answer. They then sell the info about what times you answer to telemarketers so they know when you'll be there. DON'T ANSWER!!!
