this same number called me today claiming the same. in my situation they were calling on behalf of cashnetusa.  You need to find a consumer law advocate in your area who deals with fair debt collection practices act and go after them it is the only way they will stop. they are fradulantly claiming that you will be arrested if you do not pay your debt and that is illegal as well as being illegal that they have misrepresented themselves as law inforcement which is also illegal.  good luck!

I keep recieving calls from this number on my job claiming to be Federal Crime Investigation...who are they?? This is my second experience with this type of situation...so****ing really needs to be done...it is the same East Indian people that was harrassing me before.
