said i would be arrested and a officer would be at my door to collect $250 debt i owe for a payday loan i applied for last year. i did not recieve a payday loan. the person has a foreign accent like a *********.

this same number called me today claiming the same. in my situation they were calling on behalf of cashnetusa.  You need to find a consumer law advocate in your area who deals with fair debt collection practices act and go after them it is the only way they will stop. they are fradulantly claiming that you will be arrested if you do not pay your debt and that is illegal as well as being illegal that they have misrepresented themselves as law inforcement which is also illegal.  good luck!
