I s****ed getting calls several times a day from this number.  I followed the advice in blAh!'s post and called the 800 number.  I spoke with a man who explained that they were trying to sell a newspaper subscription to me.  After telling him they were calling my cell phone, he further explained that they do sequential dialing which is when they find an area code to dial along with a prefix and dial 0000 through 9999 to make sure they call everyone.  Supposedly they took my name off the list.  Best advice I can give you is to register for the Do Not Call list!
