keep getting calls from this number they only **** up

Got a call from a live person.... Special Olympics

This is harassment!  I get calls as early as 8:15 in the morning and after 9:00 in the evening.  No one is ever on the other line.  I called the phone company and was told that they couldn't trace the number without a zip code.  I hope w***ver is calling that they get caught and are dealt with severely by the authorities!

they called me several times with no message or no one there when i answer.

Caller ID says "Philadelphia PA."  I never pick up **** like that but let the answering ma****e do it.  Telemarkers then **** up.  Remember- if it's important, they'll leve a message.
