Just heavy breathing, no msg but you can hear people talking in the background which is a call center. Caller ID is unknown & if you call back, you get a msg that the person at that ext is not available. You can never reach them. S*** bottom feeders, spammers calling everyday, several times doing the same thing! Just BLOCK & REPORT!

Keeps calling at random times in the day. Leaves noisy voicemails. Call back and the number is said to be no longer in service, yet I still receive calls from them.
