J. Dorough Caller claimed to be from US government grants department, and wanted for me to inquire about health insurance. Coached me on the correct answers to give to receive a grant. Of all of the people that they connected me with, none of them spoke clear English. All had such a deep accent that I could not understand the bulk of what they were saying. At the conclusion of the call they told me to talk to no one about anything but insurance and not grants.
