Got a text scam saying it was from an acquaintance in an emergency situation and to go to the store and purchase gift cards for the texter.

Fake caller. Claimed to be from Detroit Edison demanding payment of $498.20 or service will be cut off in 45 minutes. Demanded payment be thru Zelle.

He has been harassing me for a few weeks now and won't stop threatening to release private information

3-27-19 at 3:27 pm received unsolicited and threatening robocall from Philadelphia, PA advertising the following: “Criminal activities connected to your Social Security number we suspect it is and iden***y ***** situation with the orders from coat at the judiciary department counseling your Social Security number for further information and to avoid any disciplinary action _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ called us back as soon as you receive this message my direct line number will be 215-586-7803 I repeat 215-586-7803 thank you good day…. DEFINITE SCARY SCAM!

This number belongs to a internet website dating scammer. He used the name Simon Paul Fletcher.

Michelle I have been getting calls at work and my husband has on his cell phone it comes up at out of area. They are very hard to understand they say they are from BCI Bureau of Crime Indentification saying that I received a payday loan in February and that if i dont pay it back i will be arrested when i asked them to send me proof that i received a loan and told them i would send them proof that i did not receive a loan they told me they could not send me anything in black and white i ***g up on them. They called my work a***n today they cant say my name correctly nor can you understand what they say, my co worker pretended to be my lawyer after they passed me off to someone else, that made them mad they ***g up on him after giving us a phone number of ***-548-1520 which is a Florida number, and called me back immediately yelling at me threatening to arrest me. They have my social security number address and they even had my debit card information from my work, which i had turned off. They gave me the names of Officer Frank Harris and Officer Mike Black and since they can hardly speak english its really fishy. I am reporting this to the police.
