***? I'm not even from Philly!
annoying calls that tend to ****-up on me. consistantly calling at inconvenient times throughout the day. Random calls (No pattern), same day, and with-in the same freakn hour.
These people have called me at least three or four times a day for the last few days! I know they are the Philadelphia Inquirer because they went on a binge calling me around this time last year too.I usually ignore their calls, but got fed up after the fourth call today around 8:00 PM. I picked up and no one answered, and then it just ***g up automatically. I am****uming now they know when to call me tomorrow. Yay!
They call us every day; sometimes as often as three times in a single day. That's why I looked the number up on Google. We don't answer the phone unless we know who the caller is. When our ma****e goes on, they just **** up. It's very annoying. Since we just moved into a new home, we've been receiving a lot of these ****-up calls. I just entered our phone number in the "DO NOT CALL" Registry this afternoon. But I'm not sure if it will work numbers that have regular area codes rather than numbers with 800, 888, ect. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Unreal. I received my renewal notice YES****AY.
Keep calling leave no message. I was able to block the call on my line. This caller can no longer ring through. Solved the problem for me.
I received a call the other day from this number and it went to voicemail where a very rancid message was left for me. I called back and their mailbox was full-yeah
They called and ***g up today...I'm guessing it's the Philly Inquirer. I got a free week of the paper for answering some survey for yellow pages. I'm sure they are trying to get me to sign up.
The caller Wanted check number and account number, from 88 year old mother-in-law,she gave them both numbers and now we can not find out who they are or who they represent, now we have to close her account..
keeps calling - every day - sometimes several times a day. I do NOT want the paper and have told them directly SEVERAL times over the last couple of years. WHY do they not stop calling despite being asked to do so?
constant calls from this number. I do not reocgnizethis at all. No message is left.
This Number has called my house several times on the caller ID it says Bucks Co. Ofc E. When I picked it up the last time the guy said "Oh my Goodness" and ***g up. Do not give them any info it a scam.
this number is listed under Hatboro Pa.I did pick up once and they asked for Dimitri. No Dimitri here.still I get several times a day call from these pests
It's the Philadelphia Inquirer calling to get you to re-subscribe. Just don't answer. They did this a few years ago to me when I cancelled my subscription. They are the MOST awful company to deal with....they totally harass you!!
received calls on March 7th & March 8th of 2010.
http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-215-682-2001It says:"Call at LEAST 3 times daily. I have called and put my name on the "Do Not Call" list, but I am STILL getting several calls a day!! No answer when picked up - but must have caught someone off-guard today b/c it sounded like some one was on the other line trying to **** up the phone unsuccessfully, then I yelled "Stop Calling Me! Seriously!" into the receiver, then NO ONE tried to pick up the phone a***n. Tried calling a***n to put my name on the list & both mailboxes were full. Called another # I found on the internet, spoke w/ customer service, got switched b/t 3 different people & then the guy finally said "Oh, well...I need more info from you to take you off our list. I need your address" I refused to give any more info & said "You only needed my number the first time, don't understand why you need more now. You can do it this way just fine. Just stop calling me." The guy said he hoped he could do it w/ that, but can't make any promises!!! What bull!!!!!Caller ID: Philly DirectCaller: Philidelphia Inquirer??"So obviously the location where it says on the voice mail NOT PHILADELPHIA DIRECT. Its some guy trying to get laid or so****in'
no one would answer when I said*****o @11:27 am Tuesday Feb. 16, 2010
They call each day and say nothing
I received multiple calls from this #215-682-2001. I do not answer when the number appears on my caller ID.
It's (at least supposedly) the Philadelphia Inquirer.I got a 3 month subscription to the paper by using my US Air miles. They continued to deliver the paper for another three months after that and then called me from this number to collect on the additional deliveries. I told them to call US Air and get the money from them.
I live in a building that's over 80 years old. It's been on GPS since there has been GPS. I signed up for Inquirer home delivery, and was billed for two months. Never got a paper. Called to cancel and get a refund, they said ok, they'll send out a check. Never got the check. A few months later, this collection agency s****s calling, and has been calling on and off for two years now.
BEST ONE YET>I live in a new deelopment. Not on GPS. Tried several times to get the Inquirerdelivered BUT they have always told me that they can not locate my house. SO I NEVER GOT THE PPER.Now they want t collect for the paper they never delivered.Any wonder they are going Bankrupt?
I just received two phone calls from this number. When returning the call the automated system says it's the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News. We get a weekly paper from them, so I'm****uming they are calling for renewal? No one answered when I called back.
I just received a call from this number as Philly Direct. It is either for the Philly Inquire, or a collection agency posing as the Inquire to try and get you to answer the phone. This has happened to me with another place.
It's for the inquire news, just call back and leave you phone number to be removed.
Keep calling - No Name
This number keep calling me. What do they want from me?
