I think is was from *****ntial since it spoke with them today about their website. I left my number and apparently called me. The reception was bad and I think they will call me back; then I’ll know for sure.

This is probably a "trunk" number at a company. Some bill/debt collector may be "s****ing" the caller ID. They are probably looking for somebody that they think may have worked at that company. By using a phone number that looks like it's company from that company, the person they are looking for may answer the phone. Believe it or not, this process is legal in some states.
