Richard Holt (Alias) This person is a professional scammer. Pretends to be a customer and mails a check. Wants you to deposit the check and send him the extra remaining money. Makes up a story line to explain the extra money mishap. BE CAREFUL!

The text was asking me if I was ready to let go of a home I lived in over twenty years ago that I had no legal connection to other than having lived there.
