They kept on calling and an auto recording. Wish they would stop doing this. My phone is on the do not call list and they don't even look at it or take you off there list when you tell them to do it.

Same trouble as everyone here. They called me twice and I asked who they were and what cards interest rate, the male rep then hung up on me.

MikeA To DNC Registry (Complaint): Credit card services again (how many times will I get this?) I hit 1, the idiot answers, I quickly say, "Why are you calling me? I'm on the Do Not Call list". He says "This is why" and rap musics starts to play (either his "hold" music or he put phone up to a speaker). This DNC list is useless if you aren't hitting them with huge fines. If you're waiting for multiple people to complain at a given number at a given time when most are too lazy to complain, what's the point?

She ask me about lowering my interest. I ask her if she knew who I was. I figure she should if she was calling about MY credit card. She hung up the phone quickly. When I called back it said the mail box of Darrell Gall (what it sounded like) was full. FRAUD

Brandy L I received a call from this company (and my boyfriend received two calls) and they stated they were with account services and they help lower your interest rates. The caller wouldn't tell me the company's name and when I stated that I don't have any accounts that draw interest he hung up on me mid-sentence!!! Total scam!

I did not answer and no voice message was left---after reading some comments from others, I am pretty sure this is a scam. Thank you to web pages like this one who help fight against these misleading calls! BTW: I also received a call on 8/18/11 at 2:03pm Pacific time from 620-487-3032. I believe it is the same company and/or type of credit card spam scam.

I am so fed up with people like the low life that just called my daughter's cell phone from this number and I can't return the call to chew them out. We didn't pick up in time to answer the call. There should be more that can be done about cowards like them when they can call constantly, which is harassment, and we can't even call them back because they are hiding from people that are not buying into their crap.

How do they get to call when you don't want them to.  These credit card scams need to stop!

Credit card harassment from a drunk CSR when I don't have those credit cards and then drunk CSR hung up on me when I tried to tell him to take my # off of their list.

The CSR actually was drunk or at least slurring his words. Why is this crap allowed? Kept talking over me telling me about these credit cards that I honestly don't have and then hung up on me when I tried to talk to tell him to get my number off their registry and to stop calling me. Happens all the time. Anytime they sense you are about to tell them to stop calling you, they hang up as to avoid being told to stop calling you. The rudest tactic ever to avoid "breaking" some anti-harassment law they have to follow.

AT&T Employee This number calls me 2 or 3 times a week(at least), wanting to know if I want to lower my interest rate on my credit card. "press 1 and you will be connected with an operator" ---"press 2 to be removed from our calling list".   I've tried both and neither one results in anything.  Pressing 2 instantly hangs up on you...(Ive tried this several times)  and pressing one usually hangs up, but once I got a real person who said "Are you calling to lower your interest rate?"  I said yes and was almost instantly hung up on anyway. Ive tried calling it back but the mailbox is always full (of course). All I can tell anyone who is receiving calls from this number is to not answer or to block it, and DO NOT GIVE ANY SPI TO THIS FRAUD!!!  I am considering filing a complaint with the FTC or the Texas Attorney General or whoever it is that can get results on this type of HARASSMENT.
