I get a call 2 times a day from this number which is identified on my telephone i-d as Quality Cleaning. When I tried to call them, there was no answer and no ma****e. No match found for "Quality Cleaning" in the Cleveland area.

Around Sept, mother met old man at Marc's.  She gave him her phone number and full name.She is out of order.  He kept calling her wanting to take her out.Then he asked which hospital when sister had operation ?  He wanted to go visit her.Mother said no 3 times when asked for date near Valentine's day.He stopped calling and recently calling a***n and a***n.  She never talks to him, sees name on caller ID.Very often using phone at business Quality Cleaning, phone 216 320 1574We found no listing in phone book.What are we going to do about him ?Mother is going nuts.  I told her to relax, not worth having ******.Every time I dial the number, get busy signal or no answer.It never ends.
