I am a consumer attorney in parma heights ohio. I represent a number of individuals in lawsuits a***nst showtime builders who I believe uses the name community development home services to initiate these calls. I keep receiving calls alledgedly from a collection agency looking for a person with my name at an address in Cleveland Ohio. I moved out of state in 1991 and never lived any where near the city. I have no delinquent debt. I tell the woman caller that it is not me and they say I can clear things up by giving them the last 4 of my social security number, which I refuse to do. The caller provides no further info on their company and says she will keep calling back until I prove I am not the person they are looking for. According to caller ID and reverse look up, 216-320-0424 belongs to Colvin Gregory of Cleveland Hts OH 44118. Calls to that number are not answered and I can't locate anything further on Gregory. Anyone have a further info on this number or if it goes to a legit collection agency? How do I convince them it is not me without giving them my personal data?
