"Investigator Hillary Bower" was how she introduced herself to my voicemail.  She was really very rude.  I can't wait to get ahold of her ear on the phone!   In her message, she was talking about affidavits, criminal charges, etc.  The last words of her message were "Good Luck", in a very smart-a** tone of voice.  She threatened.   She went on and on about me getting picked up on warrant(s).  F***ing nuts!

Nicole Morgan said that there was a civil complaint a***nst ____ (my son's name). A class three felony.  She said that it was an action in _____ (the city where he lived.)  She gave a case number and said that Robert Goldstein was the lawyer handling the case.  I said that I thought she had the wrong person. I wanted more information.  She said she would give it to me but I had to give the last four digits of his SS# before she would.  I gave her four random digits.  She said that it wasn't him and would not call a***n.  About eight years ago, he had a dispute with his telephone company that showed up on his credit report.   I****ume that they got his name connected to that.  When I called my son, he quickly found this site.

I was notified that I had criminal charges that were being filed a***nst me (class E felony for defrauding a credit card compeny) and that I was being sued in civil court.  When I notified them that the credit card company in question was discharged 2 years ago in a chapter 7 case they then told me that I would still be summoned & would have to appear in court.  SHADEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I told them that this account was included in the bankruptcy & they said that the client did know, and then the 2nd person that I spoke to there said that the client had not accepted the chp. 13 bank.  WELL THEY DID NOT FILE A MOTION IN MY BANKRUPTCY HEARING!!!!!  They didn't do it during the chapter 13 nor when it was converted to a chapter 7.  This is VERY fishy that I had to fight a collection agency with Providian once before this (Unifund) about not owing as well.  MAKE SURE THAT YOU CONTACT YOUR BANKRUPTCY LAWYER IF YOU HEAR FROM THESE OBVIOUSLY CLUELESS "INVESTIGATORS".  They said that they had tried to call me multiple times & had left a voicemail - guess what I DO NOT HAVE AN ANSWERING MA****E!!!!  SO am NOT sure who they called!!!!
