Received a call from the number and they ***g up. I'm a bankruptcy attorney so I'm used to getting creditor calls, but not from a 216 area code. Most authentic creditors will leave a message and reference a client. I called back and they answered "Card Services."
It's a collection agency in Ohio. They are very persistent, and will keep calling, even if the person they are looking for isn't at that number... and they don't care if you ask them not to call your number anymore.... It's set up on some auto-dial, and the humans who do the collecting must be paid on performance ( = get $$), not doing the right thing... so they will keep calling & calling & calling......
Calls my office line about eight to nine times per day. Very annoying
