Trying to get ahold of this person

This person called us at 4:30 in the morning,three days in a row. He called a***n the following night,Never speaks just ****s up. After I told him I was going to report this number he continued to called using *69 coming up as private. He called till 3 in the morning.

Broken phone camera and no laptop. Only wants to talk sometimes
