I don't know who this is, but would really like to know

Got a voicemail from this number on 10/09/09 wanting me to call back. Did my research and the number is a valid number coming from Auburn Illinios. I have never called this number but the person calling knew my name (probably from my voicemail)said they were returning my phonecall to call back. I have no clue why.??

David Says her name is (so****ing)castleberry and she wants my credit card info to pay my balance. I called and told her to send me the paperwork from her office.
