I believe this could be a telemarketer or scammer. When I answered I heard loud music for a second then a womans voice speaking English but from another country with lots of voices in the background. I didn't say anything and she ***g up.

Unknown caller did not leave a message. Called back- "the number you have dialed is unallocated." Spam

Claimed to be a courtesy call from Auto Services regarding my car warranty and its "pending expiration." Claimed this was a "follow-up" call - though they've never contacted me before and I do not do business with extended warranty companies. Scam.

Constantly calls at least once a week being a number I don't know I don't answer it

This number calls me about once an hour, every day, and never leaves a message.  I tried calling the number back, and it said "One moment, please."  Then ***g up on me.
