Who is this from?

Called me on my cell phone. No message was left.

Larry This person called and claimed to be with Duke Power company and that they needed to update my information for their records.  She already had my address and asked did I own the home? Do I still have any out buildings or barns?  What is my e-mail address.  By this point I was su****ious and asked shy she needed my e-mail address and she responded with; "so Duke Power can e-mail you for scheduled power outages so you won't be caught off guard".  Since we have not had a scheduled power outage in the 20 years I have lived here I don't believe this woman is with Duke Power Company at all.  I *69ed the number and it goes straight to this woman's voice mail with no other identifying information.  Also I am in NC and 218 is a MI area code.

A lady called saying she was calling from Duke Energy.  She was asking a lot of questions about the electric account at my wife's business that Duke Energy should already have on file.  It seemed su****ious, so I called Duke Energy and asked about it. I talked to Jeffery Flanagan from Duke  (513-228-7325) Jeff said it was either a non-Duke gas product telemarketer or a sub-contractor of Duke. But he couldn't tell.

very tired of this This number called on a Tuesday, late afternoon. I've had another MN number call, also. This one is Duluth, the other was Twin Cities. Very annoying. I, too, have No Call List for my number.
