Unable to understand the caller

This number sent a text indicating it was Chase Customer Service and my Chase Visa Debit Card was temporarily locked and to call 219-225-9834 to have it unlocked. I don't have a Chase Visa Debit card so I figured it was a scam. I called the number and an automated voice indicated I had called Chase and it requested that I enter my 16 digit Chase Debit Card number. That confirmed to me it was a scam and I ***g up.
