Vacant Land Liquidators is a scammm BEWARE!!!!!!!!  I paid American land liquidators back in march and was contacted by this company a couple days ago and was told by them they had the property sold but claimed to be american land they charge me an additional 809.00.  already leary because the company said there would be no other fees still paid them.  Once the contracts arrived low and behold it wasnt american land liquidator contracts.  they came from Vacant Land Liquidators which confused the***** out of me.  I called and spoke to the owner of american land and after some investigation i found out i was sold by james ***den at his company.  and shortly after Mr. ***den was no longer employeed there.  Mr ***den's extension was 7033.  The new company used the extension 7033 but used the name Joe Pinto.  I have been decieved by this company which isnt even a corporation or licensed or bonded or anything.  Mr ***den stole client info from American Land Liquidators and is now tricking us and reselling us under the ficticious name Vacant Land LIquidators.  I have contacted my credit card company and will pursue legal action a***nst this BoilerRoom.
