This number called my husband twice around 10pm, he did not hear it because his ringer was off. They let the message run for voicemail but never said anything. This morning he listened to the voicemail to see who called and after no message was available and he didn’t know who it was, he texted the number asking who it was. The reply he got was run. Totally creeped us out. Who does that?
