Calls ****s up. When I call back it waits a second then ****s up on me.

on my caller id came up as Des Plaines, calling to collect

Calls at all times of day, sometimes a computer generated voice talks first.

Calls my cell phone all the time and i have no idea who it is. never leaves a message and when i call back it's a woman named shiela. i **** up because i dont know anyone with that name

This number constantly calls my phone and when I answer they **** up on me and they have doing this for months. I have tried calling them back and this guy Anthony answers asking me who I am, and when I ask them if its appropriate to continously call someone 10x a day and **** up he insisted that I was this other person whom of which I have NEVER heard of in my life. I have family who are in the police department and am pressing charges the next time they call.

I get 2-3 calls from these people a day, I called them back and asked what company this is? The first operator said ICS, I asked what that stands for? and he ***g up on me.I called back with the same question, a woman answered and I asked what ICS stands for?She said she cannot disclose that information.I asked if this was a collection agency? She said she cant disclose that information.I said by law you are required to both identify your company and whether you are a debt collector.  She then asked for my name, and I said "I cant disclose that information" and ***g up.

Left msg on answering ma****e identifying herself as "Sheila." Asked for me by my real name (first name only). I don't know anyone named Sheila.
