Jen This is First National - debt collector. I didn't bother finding out any more additional information and told them I only deal with written correspondence and not telephone calls. If you google them, you will find some very interesting posts, including 1. that someone won a $147k judgment a***nst them for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act; 2) the company took more money from an account than authorized; 3) that they use scare tactics and falsely state they have a judgment a***nst, and 4) are trying to collect VERY OLD debts. So, there you go - don't talk to them - everything I've read about them says the same thing - SCAMMERS. It also looks like they have other phone numbers ending in 2002, 2005, etc.
jane This is a dental plan telemarketer. They do not take your name off their calling list when asked. They acll let it ring once and then you have to call them back to see what they want.
