Called them back and told them I am Jose Jalepeno on a stick. The person (with a foreign accent) screamed so****ing at me and ***g up. Very poor customer service!
Same thing here. They called said they were the IRS & they were pursuing charges vs. me.
Left msg stating IRS was pursuing charges a***nst me and my family for tax invasion. Called back ten mins later from different # and left exact same msg.
