Got a call from 224 422-2170.  Caller ID was E. A. Langenfel.  (I figure it was Langenfeld due to not enough room on the readout.)  Asked for Chad.  I asked "Who, please."  He repeated.  I told him he had the wrong number, and he said thank you and ***g up.  Bill Collector??

Person/ma****e called at 8:00 on a Sa****ay morning! Very agitated at these idiots. I wish I could get all of their home numbers and call them at weird times!

Received a call from E.A. and maybe it's a code word for.... Osama Bin Ladin?  ***!

Woman (ID A.E. Langenfel) called today at 6pm.  Asked for my husband (by name) and I asked who it was - then she kind of giggled and ***g up.  Found this thread when I looked up the number....

This number comes up on my caller id often throughout the week, they never leave a message. Caller ID says E.A. Langenfeld.  Today I answered and I got a message saying please hold for the next representative.  I refuse to be put on hold when they call me without knowing who they want and why they are calling.

No message on Sept. 26, 2010 while not at home, but Caller ID was E. A. Langenfeld.  Called the number this morning and a female voice answered and said E. A. Lengenfeld.  Asked to be removed from their calling list and she indicated they don't have a calling list.  Asked if this is 224-422-5205 and she no this is 422-1000.

The name on the caller ID is E.A. Langenfeld This number called me, phone rang 2 times, I said*****o and the person on the other end ***g up on me. I called the number back and they sald EA Langenfeld how can I direct your call. I said someone from this number just called me. The woman said it was not their company. I said how can you say it's not your company, I just re-dialed the number on the caller ID and she replied back, That is not us. I said, if it isn't your company, then who is it? And she ***g up on me.

E A Langenfeld on caller ID.  When I answered I got a recording:  Please hold for the next available agent.  No one came on after a minute or two then I ***g up, and did a google search on the number.   We are sick and tired of all of these calls from various 800, 877, etc. numbers! How do you stop them besides ignoring them and listening to your phone ring?

The number 224-422-5205 called repeatedly throughout the day. I finally answered, the man's voice asked for me by name, when I responded with he is not at this number, the voice asked for me by my full name,I told him this is not his number, and the caller ***g up. Must be some type of sales call. The name on my caller ID was E. A. Langelfel.

These ****s called me. I saw number on my caller ID and called them back. I was ***g up on when I asked what kind of business it was...repeatedly. I don't know what they're after, must be a bunch with too much time on their hands, must be s***bag lawyers.

Called today.  Wife answered and guy on phone asked for her by name.  She confirmed and he said, "oh, I'll try back later" then ***g up.  Called from 224-422-5205 and caller ID came up as E.A. Langenfeld in the NE Illinois area.  In fact, they are in the 847 area code for which 224 is an overlay.  That is a third party marketing company based on some internet research.  Tried to call the number back and a recorded messages says the number is disconnected.  *67 produces a fast busy.  Other research shows that this could possibly be a cell phone number through a Verizon authorized reseller "City: Hickory Hills    State: Illinois    Carrier: CELLCO PARTNERSHIP DBA VERIZON WIRELESS - IL"
