I've received two phone calls today from this this same number (225-236-3026).  The second time, I answered the phone; however there was no one on the line.I decided to call this number and upon doing so, I received a busy signal the first time, but the phone did ring upon a second try.  It rang for at least 5 or 6 rings, where it disconnected.I'm going to make it my mission to find out who this piece of **** is.

I just received a call from this number.  The caller stated that he represented the "American****ociation of State Troopers."  I immediately told him that I would only donate through the mail.  He agreed...but after a short "speal," he stated that donations get to the troopers quicker when a debit or credit card is used, and would I like to to that.  Of course, I said no.  I then said that I really didn't know what the****ociation did for the troopers.  He mumbled so****ing about "we just want to help the men and women who risk their lives every day for us."  (How?)  Anyway, I should get information in the mail in about a week.........

CALLED AND WHEN I ANSWRED SAID NOTHING. WHEN I CALLED BACK I HEARD WHAT SOUNDED LIKE A S***D DIAL, AND THEN NOTHING. DID A SEARCH AND NO SUCH COMPANY AS P.A.I.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just received a call from the number. They wouldnt speak, I called back and got a busy signal. My first instinct is to run the number through the computer. I found nothing. Its very annoying to get these kind of calls 6,000,000 times in a day lol.I too am living in Louisiana and it comes up on my Caller ID as P.A.I

Called numerous times and showed up on caller ID as P.A.I.  I was unable to find any information on such an organization.  The one time I answered, all I got was a single beep.

225-236-3026 ... No name. No message. No one to pick up the phone in case of a call-back. If you receive a call from someone claiming to work  for the police,it should be called in TO the Police. I'm sure they would want to find out who's trying to dip into their caddy. I'm in Louisiana and the name and number for a caller seeking donations from people for a Police****ociation is usually  THE FRATERNAL ORDER of POLICE (F.O.P.)  Their number is 318 - 487 - 4470.

I've received calls from this number for months, and it says Statewide also. Post Katrina there are all sorts of scams, but these happened before the storm too! I just hooked up a device called 'PrivacyCall Center', and it's great. I don't work for them, but check out their website:http://www.digitone.com/ because it'll block all calls and let thru the ones you want. I found it while resear****g another repe***ive caller.

received this call on my business line, 6/7/07 around 12:30 pm.  I answered but got no response and caller/call ***g up or terminated. tried to return call later, phone just rings at length and terminates.

Have found this number on the ID many times with no message left.  Happened to be at home to answer when they called a***n.  They claim to be seeking donations for a police officer****ociation.  According to family members that are in law enforcement, the****ociation DOES NOT seek donations in this manner.
