Dr Kneaux No message left unsure if it’s a scammer or a misdialed number

confused today (march 7, 2011)  a friend of mine that lives in a completely different state, received a call from this number. it was a woman. she asked for me. the friend told her that i do not live there. the woman said she si from DRS, and that i owe them a lot of money and my friend needs to cooperate or i will be reported to the IRS. the woman would not give any specifics but kept pressing my friend for information. my friend ***g up on her. i've no  idea what this is in regards to. why and how they got my friend's number is beyond me!!
