they keep calling

Received a call from this number on my cell phone. Did not answer.  ID said it was from Biloxi Mississippi.

They called and didn't leave a message. So much for the DNC list. I call every 6 months and re-enter my phone number and I still get these annoying calls. I'm beginning to think this DNC list is bogus.

They never leave a message on my phomne and it is a Mississippi area code belonging to Harrison County and apparently the cell phone company says the number is available for usage, thus the number is being used illegally.

Received a call on my cell from this number. It was a pre-recorded message talking about reducing credit card rates (and mentioning all the major card, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) and asking for the caller to press "1" to talk to a representative or "2" to be removed from the list.  I did neither - the call disconnected after a few seconds.
