Have had this number call my phone twice as of today and yes****ay. I don't answer at all. A legitimate business would at least leave a message to contact you.

I got a call from this number with no message no nothing.  Called the number back and it says it is disconnected.

I don't think its a credit agency as I do not have any passed due debt. I also think their disconnect message is their own recording

I got a call from the same number and I am registered on the National do not call list as well. No message left.

called my home about credit card rates, when I asked who they were calling they ***g up.  I am sick with a seizure disorder and was sleeping, when I called back they said the phone number has been disconnected.  Caller ID said it was from a cell phone.  I am on the "Do Not Call" list. Guess this doesn't work either

just received same call as from 228-209-9650 from 'credit card services' on new number: 402-982-0750

Has been leaving messages about lowering my credit card interest rate 2 times a day for the past week.. The message hooks you with an alarmed voice leading one to believe there is a major problem with your credit card (fraud or so****ing) then mentions that you may qualify for a lower interest rate etc. Very annoying. Someone needs to stop this practice.

random number biloxi miss

I keep receiving a recorded message from this number, on both my cell phone and my home landline phone, saying that they are "Card Services" and that they can get me a lower interest rate on my MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover Card. I pressed "1" to speak with someone.  The male voice asked, "Are you interested in lower interest rates?"  I responded "No, I want to know who is calling me."  CLICK -- he ***g up on me.  When I called back, I got a recording that said the number had been disconnected or was not in service.  Obviously someone out to scam w***ver he can.

Phone rang in the middle of a call at 16:23, clicked over, said*****o three times, then "they" ***g up. Tried to call "them" back on Skype and it said number does not exist.

Missed call to my cell, no message. I know no one in Biloxi, Miss. and suspect this is just one more auto-dialed sales pitch.

answered this call, it was an automated message that said to press 1 to speak to someone about my credit card (which is what they said they were calling about).  i got a live person on the phone and asked which credit card they were talking about.  he said "all of them" and i said "oh, i thought this was for so****ing specific".  that rude **** actually said: "there you go thinking a***n" and ***g up on me!

Called me, heard voices in background, then ***g up. I called back but it said that the number had been disconnected.

I think it's some kind of debt collection agency that doesn't care about receiving the debt.

Missed a call from this number, called back for the heck of it. Right away it says disconnected number. I had some tech teachers check it up for me and its most likely an advertising/telemarketing call.

Vi***ted on my phone about three times, then ***g up.  Not the first time this number has called either. I live in AZ so.... why is Mississippi calling me?

Got a call from this person that has nothing better to do and they didn't say anything, then I hear a little rattling and they ***g up.

Received call and when questioned who was calling, caller rattled off obscenities.  When calling back received recorded message that phone number was disconnected.

Received a call from 228.902.9650.  Gave them the requisite 3 seconds to s**** talking.  They didn't . . . call over.
